Maudrey M. Brown transitioned on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 9:50am. Beloved mother of Claytanay Eugene, Crystal Broussard and Constance Denmond. Daughter of the late Alexander and Cleola Mitchell and stepdaughter to the late Clarence Kelly. Sister to Audrey M. Alexis and the late Raymond and Rudy Mitchell.

She was a devoted entrepreneur who built and led several successful businesses.  Her greatest work, however, was founding an outreach that fed the elderly and faithfully shared the Gospel, reflecting her heart for both services and faith.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at 11:00am on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Patrick H. Sanders Funeral Home, 605 Main Street, Laplace, LA  70068. 985-359-1919. “Providing Care & Comfort is Our Highest Mission.”
